There's no nudity, but it's sort of vaugely implied that the main characters, a 12 year old boy and a 19 year old girl (kinda), may be having some sort of adult relationship. Maybe they cut the scene of them sleeping on the park bench together? Honestly, I really can't think of anything that would be more objectionable in episode 6 than the rest of the crazy crap in the series.
