I'm getting one of those Radeon 8500s next month. That's for the second computer, the first computer here has a 7500.
I am trying to flash the bios on my 6500 because I read on the internet that ATI perfected all the cards they sell currently back in 1999 and just unlock features in software. I might have to connect leads with a pencil or something too. (it doesn't work with the 5500 because the Canadian Dollar exchange rate during the Clinton administration made each USD=50,000,000 dollars Canadian.)

This extreme hardcore tech savvy also worked for turning my soundblaster 16 PCI into an audigy 2 platinum on my Pentium II which I overclocked to 7GHz (suspended in a cylinder of Liquid Nitro floating on a superconducting ceramic plate in a forced argon gas bubble.)
