This game was great, i found the multi-player pretty unfun though. I remember the mortar blowing infantry to shit.

You're thinking of Final Liberation, which has pretty cool cutscenes, but desperatly needed an expansion as there were only orks and humans. I think the bombard thing is pretty full of shit though - I never found it to be as awesome as you claim it is.

Yes this is true, the multiplayer used Gamespy exclusively (at least in Beta - haven't played since). Mind you, so does Generals at least if I want to play with you fags..
