| This question is so stupid I almost Mysterioed myself before asking it: I've been out of the loop with this "Steam" shit. I have a copy of Half-Life from 1997. I kept my save file, but stopped playing it for some stupid reason and uninstalled it years ago. I'd like to finish it before the sequel comes out, and I realize I am only giving myself five or six months here. Is it possible to simply install it again and get the latest patch without involving Steam?
