| It got rid of my last browser hijack, but the server it checks for updates never responds, and now there's a new hijack it doesn't recognize. Any known update sites? Alternate programs?
Ad-aware has also been telling of a spyware file that it can't delete. Msxd7181.dll or something like that in the windows/system32 directory. Every time I try to manually delete it I get access denied. I try shutting as many programs in the task manager as I can before I get down to programs that I know aren't the cause, critical processes, or grtting a notification that windows will shut down in one minute. Access is still denied. |
