Your post comparing Baldur's Gate to the Star Wars trilogy is the most forced and absurd parallel I've ever seen. If I were your English Lit teacher I would give you an F-. Please! You refer to both the movie trilogy and the game in such general terms that any comparison is easy to make. By your rationale, I can easily prove that Vin Diesel has copied his personal style from an egg (*GASP* They're both bald and vaguely white! It's a conspiracy!). And comparing Ewoks to elves? Did you even play Baldur's Gate? The elves are a sophistocated culture and live in magnificently engineered cities; the Ewoks are hairy and cute, talk in nonsense Lucasian languages that use the same words in a different order for every sentence, and live in crude tree houses that a chimp would turn up his nose at. I don't see the parallel. All you have done is taken some meager circumstancial evidence and blown it out of proportion, hoping against hope to elevate yourself from the intellectual gutters. The few superficial similarities you have pointed out ("fabricated" might be a more accurate word) do not occur in the same order and when actual specifics are considered can be dismissed out of hand. Khalid versus C-3PO, hmmmm. I suppose they were both plagiarizing the Lion in the Wizard of Oz, since he was a coward too.
We all want a topic for which we can get on a righteous soapbox, my friends. And so we hunt for it, and sieze whatever first comes to light for a good thrashing. If in the middle of your fury you would stop to take a look at reality, you might feel a little embarrasment. So congratulations! You've invented yourself a war, boy.
