That is a pretty damned good deal, especially the 1U rackmount dedicated prices - I've seen prices 3-5 times more than that for essentially the same deal.

I'll talk it over with V, ES, etc. - V and I are both very hesitant about any shift from a) paying for our own line and letting Caltrops piggyback to b) fully paying for Caltrops and our own line as seperate entities. At the very least we'd start asking for donations - which is both helpful and weird because all of a sudden I'm effectively an 'employee' of friends.

For the moment, though, I have three machines to rebuild and reinstall from scratch today.
