Okay, so I had this big fruity essay about introductions in movies and stuff, but FUCKING RED VS BLUE JUST SPONTANEOUSLY REBOOTED MY COMPUTER so it's gone now. So all you get is me saying that the first part of the Animatrix totally failed to interest me in watching more of it for whatever reason. Possibly the indifferent-sounding narration.
As for anime: I kind of like the art style, but for some reason watching the characteristically jerky, mostly static animation style is one of those things that just gets under my skin and slowly irritates me until I turn it off.
