Work with other people in the game, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MOSQUITO CERTIFICATION SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT THE FUCK AROUND, get yourself into the thick of pitched battles, and go fucking nuts.

Three fun career paths:

1) play with a tank (the NC's Vanguard)
2) Become a Phoenixer for the NC
3) MAX suits. 'nuff said

You really need to learn through experimentation what is effective and what is not. What are you using right now?
