I kind of wish they'd been a little more explicit as to what constitutes felonious criminal behaviour on the parts of corporations, rather than just vague references to the tax code, civil rights, and environmental law. I have a feeling with my state's current financial status, the large corporations who may be the most abusive will be able to string the state's attorneys along indefinitely to avoid getting that third strike. Meanwhile, smaller companies who run afoul of what may be somewhat minor offenses that technically qualify as felonies may find themselves in the same position as those guys sitting in jail for the rest of their lives after stealing a bicycle, because it happened to be their third strike.

I'm not sure how that's going to help anything.
