Wow this game has ironsights and squad combat, I wonder where they got that idea from.
After you personally mow down 50 Japs, you go to an airfield and shoot down planes. There are friendly planes and Jap planes, and you don't have any clue which ones are which until they're shooting you. Eventually, if you figure them out enough (since they keep coming in from the exact same direction in pairs), they throw bombers at you, and you have no idea which ones are the bombers and which ones are the friendlies. Eventually, you blow up and die. There is a quicksave option in the menu, but there is a hilarious April Fools joke put in the game by the developers, where any key you bind quicksave or quickload to does nothing. So miss one plane and you basically have to start over again.
The reloading screen doesn't even have a progress bar. |
