Probably the same thing that happened to Kerrigan in the Brood War expansion: he'll try to overthrow the overmind Liche King and sieze control of the zerg broods undead scourage for himself. He'll do this by kidnapping the protoss matriach elf priestess and forcing Zeratul the demon hunter to slay the overmind Liche King. They'll probably alter the ending to make it a happier one than brood war, Arturus will either come back to the light side turn back into a human and live happily ever after with the cleavage sorceress OR he'll be mortally wounded and regain his humanity right before he dies help me.....take this mask off.....
