You can do an almost straight dump in - just add sid 2 in the sites table (it actually looks like it's there already) and change the forums to point at it on import. The only problem with this is that the new (old) forum would be writable. Maybe add a read-only flag to the site table?

This assumes post IDs are not unique among sites. I forget if they are or not. I think they might be :( In that case, the pids need to be hiked up by 3000 or so and the pid sequence needs to be updated with the new end value. No biggie.
