also, if anyone wants a replay of a total fucking 1+ hour long 2on1 meatgrinder (my partner got crippled and quit early on), let me know
That's fucking odd. First, F-12 never did shit on the old installation. Then, once I reinstalled the game on this fresh installation of XP it worked just fine, only I couldn't track down the files. I do a search and bam there they are...in MY fucking Doccuments. Odd.
I'm game for that replay too.
doh. It seems that despite having over 2 years to learn from blizzard, they forgot to include a speed control option for replays. If you're still up for sitting through the entire thing real time though email me at FABIO@zombieworld.com and I'll send it. For anyone having trouble early on in multiplayer games, I recommend watching at least the first 3-10 minutes to see just how nasty early infantry rushes by the U.S. can be; they're easily the best army to pull it off with.
Actually I'd call the entire game one giant multiplayer tutorial for the U.S.: every single unit, combo, generals ability (does ANYONE ever bother with that emergency repair one?), opening & late game moves available to them was fully taken advantage of by both sides. |
