Well, if you were trying to land on a moving car, for example, it might come in handy. I think Bond villains will appreciate this feature and incorporate it into their bizarre plots.


It would aslo make the nukes they have set aside for global blackmail that much harder to find. Now that I mention it, usually when these contrived plot details surface, they give you an idea of what kind of gadget to expect in the Q sequence. Bond would just pull out his Nokia PDA that would in reality be the next generation of Oakly shades that are specifically calibrated to negate stealth camoflage. Bond would then coolly disarm the warhead, turn slyly to the lil' hottie next to him, rattle off some line about "Out of sight, out of mind", then *SOCKO* he gets haymakered by some, I dunno, Eskimo henchmen.

I hope no one from MGM reads this, they might do something cool for the next film.
