Relaying what happened with an IGN review.

I haven't played the game, I am not taking sides as to whether or not the reviewer was correct.

- IGN gives it a 6
- They complain about too much cheese (FPS of mice)
- They piss off everyone
- "6/10: Too much cheese" becomes a MEME
- The Devs use it and laugh: 25,000 LIKES
- They use the term "Boomer shooter"
- They piss off everyone again

IGN, once again, uniting the gamers


"Boomer Shooter" is a stupid name, but in a world where people use "roguelike" for games that have nothing to do with Rogue, this is where we are now. The genre created by and for Generation X, of course put the word boomer there.

Anyway, I am taking a break from buying Steam games to see how long I can go, but I'll still get Mouse P.I. at some point.
