I won't pressure you to give the game another chance, but this is just plain untrue.
In the upper-righthand corner of every blueprint offer is a magnifying glass symbol, clicking that takes you to the in-game encyclopedia that tells you the exact recipes provided by the building, with everything it consumes.
Clearing goals are only one way to fill the blue bar. You can win through fulfilling citizens' needs, which is 100% revealed to you from the very start, or by picking the loyalty option when going through exploration sites.
And what are you doing picking goals that you can't fulfill anyway? You have a selection to choose from, and you can go through your blueprint list at any time before making a choice. |
