I enjoyed the first one by CattleHumper 08/07/2025, 1:29pm PDT
It was so novel at the time, a 32 on 32 slaughter using authentic WW2 equipment and accents. One level was released for free and my friends and I only played that, we never paid any money for any of it (being poor college kids at the time).

You started either as an Allied power troop on an aircraft carrier offshore or a Axis troop in a base on an island. The goal was to take and hold land and earn points (or something) until time ran out. Man, I wish games were still as simple as they were when I was that age. And had so much more time to game. Will it get better after my 17 month old grows up and stops needing constant attention?

Does the new one have anything in common whit the one I remember so fondly?
