When that sperm fertilizes that egg, it's daughters all the way down, in terms of how the results are biologically classified, regardless of which chromosome was being carried by the sperm. Furthermore, if you want to get all sciencey about chromosomes, reality still doesn't conform to outdated biblical absolutes because of XX males and XY females that are known, alive, and well right now today. You can hand wave that away as totally not counting, but that just opens up the restroom door to an XX man being legally entitled to enter the women's bathroom where he would then be able to stick his God-given penis into your hot wife or even hotter daughter.

Isn't legislating against the inconsistencies of biology fun?
