It’s also not “opinion” it is fact. For example Bernie Sanders voted against the 2007 immigration bill.
Sanders's argument at the time, which he reiterated on the stage Wednesday night, was that the bill's guest worker program promoted poor working conditions that in turn helped drive down wages for workers who were already here. This isn’t some kind of new stance for Bernie. He’s been talking this way for 20 years at least. |
