| You need rivers to have things like... uh... freshwater fish. It's not a crazy idea to keep them around.
The water "crisis" in California is mostly people wanting to grow crops that aren't appropriate to the region. That and the state not really building any public water infrastructure since the 1970s. If we had political leaders who weren't total retards we could just use desalination, but that ain't happening |
