This is a studio of veterans who got over $40 million in funding, not the 5 person indie team effort that it looks like. It looks like Warcraft 3 Reforged with way worse art direction, a graphical rework to a 22 year old game. It looks worse than Starcraft 2, a 14 year old game. It looks like a fan made Warcraft 3 mod to recreate Starcraft 2. The company looks like a scummy rug pull the more I read about them. They opened up a kickstarter that raised $2 million AFTER they were fully funded for $35 million during their first round of private equity investing. That $35 million is only going to get them through the summer! Where did the money go? Oh jesus fucking christ fuck these fucking people. |
