| He failed in Denver and didn't get along with anyone and almost everyone that had to work with him, he acted like a petulant child with the Colts job and had people move across the country to work with him in a position that didn't happen and he now fell flat on his ass in Las Vegas. The only success he's ever had was with arguably the best player in NFL history. These guys don't HAVE to hire him, they don't have to give him chance after chance after chance to fail and humiliate himself and his team. Someone ought to tell the owners and GMs of these teams that no, it's totally ok to not give this guy another chance, Christ.
Ahhh he seems like a good man though. |
