He admitted every single thing on news shows and WROTE A BOOK about the coup conspiracy (called "Taking Back Trump's America", but in interviews he calls the coup "the Green Bay Sweep"). Then unbelievably he said he couldn't testify to Congress because Trump told him (no evidence to support this btw) that he'd claimed executive privilege for all of it. Which is a BS claim that the judge tossed out.
He could have just showed up and then implausibly claimed the 5th. He could have *just done that*. But now he's a felon.
