| I hate "smart links". If I'm writing up a bug I want the actual url there. It makes it obvious where the bug was found.
There's no way to turn off smart links. Pasting a url means you have to remove the "smart" link yourself. This is friction in bug creation. Ohhh I gotta deal with their shitty software if I write it up. You can't have any friction or difficulties in this shit because then people will just live with it rather than use the program that hurts. Jira of course is in a warm, comforting puddle of piss about it, they can't believe anyone would not want it enabled and they checked guys they checked all their customers and they love it!!!!!!!!! Fucking scum. I hate Jira. |
