I heard this but don't believe it by Roop 02/26/2023, 3:48pm PST All I watched was this: I think I would have been just as much an asshole as this new Captain, but I probably would have waited until just after team Picard and Riker started with the obvious lies. What a great way to start, come as a guest on a Starship and start lying your ass off. What would the Next Generation Picard have done with the roles reversed? Anyway, if I were the prick Captain, the one thing I wouldn't have done, referred to my Banta steak as "the conn." The writers of Star Trek have no idea what "the conn" is, they just know Captains say that a lot. O and make shit blue, shit's blue in the future.
