| Here. Note that I think you can't even view this shit anymore without logging in. :( Yay Reddit.
The guy's GF of 5 years passed away suddenly (at 27!) and he was asking for advice about what to do with her Minecraft build. Then he posted an update showing what he'd done (a pretty awesome custom tree it looked like) and it was removed for "chain posting" or whatever, and the mod said, "I think you've milked your girlfriend's death for enough karma now". Nonsensical rules and a classy reply: reddit moderation in a nutshell. The good thing is that almost everyone is angry about this and not defending the tinpot dictators. |
