Then he emailed them around as "Norms of Behavior" and told us to familiarize ourselves with them. Great stuff like this: "o No more swirled allowed! • Don’t move past issues, dwell – SWIRL • Need to find correct balance of hashing out (fully) and then aligning (balance with Swirl)" Those are the references to SWIRL picked out from a few points. No other context. There are other incomprehensible items like "• Stop venting to rest of company, rather focus on bitching sideways (safe zone)" It's the best.
