There is a big central mystery to the show, and Galadriel does find clues that compound the mystery, and there are twists in the story.
But to say that constitutes a LOST-style mystery box basically consigns the entire detective genre to the "Mystery Box" definition.
There are definite critiques you can fling at the show, but his "we don't care about any of this" blanket denunciation is just hate for hate's sake. I actually watched the show and I actually cared about many of the things he said "we" don't. Maybe he's got fantastic critiques of other films, but on this show he just seems to be bandwagoning with the chuds who also use thumbnails of the triggered lady; unironically. |
