| Was always curious about the boardgame but never wanted to drop $150 nor had multiple friends beardo enough to get into a massive campaign of it.
Although I would recommend "pirating" (downloading off Tabletop Simulator) Kingdom Death. It's like Final Fantasy tactics X-Com in a heavy metal album setting. Craft and build shit in a village, go out on a hunt for a monster, fight the monster to kill for materials then repeat. Each fight is an epic boss battle. You have a limited timeline to build up with story bosses showing up at certain milestones. It's really fun, but it's insanely priced at $400 because the maker is dead set on ONLY offering the "all miniatures included" version. |
