I was a hospital chaplain for 6 years, mostly spent on a surgery floor with mostly diabetic amputations. My favorite question: "Why meeeeeee?" Average weight: 350.
I now live in the South, no more hospitals, but plenty of funerals. Chatting with some cats at a cemetery recently, nice guys, and apparently it's not uncommon to have to manage thousand pounders. Cranes, earth movers, coffins the size of an Escalade.
