Windows pro audio infrastructure has not advanced since...windows XP? 2000? NT? by Entropy Stew 05/16/2022, 9:32am PDT I think ASIO basically reserves a device for a single app and fuck everyone else. Also fuck you if you want to have more than one device. Then you have to go through third party ASIO4ALL, and good luck being stable. Mac does this shit out of the box. Fuck, it also probably has drivers out of the box because class compliance. Fucking Linux probably works better at this now than windows because pipewire. Linux! -/ES/-
