Not 1.0 any more, but I finally beat it on Angel of Shotgunnery by blackwater 02/07/2022, 12:05pm PST I beat it on the mode where you can only use shotguns. The key turned out to be investing in a lot of hacking early on, because shotguns are terrible against robots. Getting the Elephant Gun at the end of Callisto was lucky. I didn't get any uniques (that I could use as a shotgunner). I was doing really well for a while, but then I almost died when I rolled "The Hunt" on the second Dante level. It is really one of the biggest "fuck yous" that the random number generator can throw at you -- having all the high level enemies rush you at once on one of the Dante levels. But somehow I made it, by using most of my items. My armor was so worn out after that that I had to use the provided armor and health pack at the start of the last level. The final boss wasn't too hard after that.
