I also saw that they panned the new GYBE album. YOU TOLD ME THIS ALBUM WAS GOOD. WHO IS CORRECT?

I like the new GYBE, and they aren't a band that I would normally listen to. I just listen to them when SB throws them on. Therefore I say Pitchfork is full of shit, because I'm only a casual listener and I like it. Although I'm sure someone could argue the other way.

Btw, I think SB's brainwashing techniques are working better than mine. He's got me liking GYBE, Trail of Dead, and Interpol (although granted, I would have liked Interpol anyway). I'm still desperately trying to get him to like some of my stuff ("You like Trail, why don't you like Built To Spill???"), and only have a couple of wins so far. While bands like Jawbreaker go over well, I think it would take a miracle for me to spread the joys of the Old 97's and Steely Dan (among others).

In short, THE NEW GYBE R00LZ!!!1
