Hot chick is topless sunbathing. While they gawk her, an old Indian dude drives up in his jeep, hooks up the winch chain to the construction sign, and tears it out of the ground. I could have sworn it was one of the Bikini Carwash Company flicks, but apparently not. Something that played on Pay Per View in the early 90s. |
