| I'm actually thankful now for the GPU shortage. I would have never shelled out the money for a Gsync monitor if it hadn't already been set aside for six goddamn months for an RTX 3070 card that I could never get thanks to scalpers and cryptominers.
The downside? I can't run "Control" with ray tracing at a playable framerate. The upside? Almost every single one of my other games now look amazing, the older the better since they can push out the full 240fps. Galak-Z in particular is amazing, and seeing that Galak-Z fighter zoom out the hanger with completely smooth motion and no tearing is rapturous. Positive! |
