So when you're tracking your package on the Fedex webpage, it doesn't give you a place to get a customer rep. It has this floating icon with a lady wearing a headset, but when you click that you get their worthless "virtual assistant." I found how you can get her to be a real person, however. All you need to do is ask her, "How come Fedex sucks balls so hard?" That really seemed to trigger her and she asked if I wanted to talk to a real person after that. You might need to antagonize her for a while first, which is what I did. I asked her why she had no soul, for instance. |
