| I've been getting a number of explorer.exe crashes in the last couple of months and I think it's because of OS rot.
Does Windows 10 still require a yearly system wipe and re-install for optimum performance, despite constantly re-writing itself with online updates? Or are there utilities now that take care of the worst of it? |
