Also, Zsensi I seem to recall you've got a family full of lawyers and a good amount of knowledge about the dark arts of law yourself - any clues on disclaimers?

Sorry, didn't see this earlier.

What exactly did you want to disclaim? It seems pretty cut and dried to me: you're basically handing down your ISP's TOS, right? For that matter you may as well say "this is what will get you kicked and banned" and link directly to the TOS. Am I missing something?
