Revelations and Invasion. by Mischief Maker 07/05/2020, 2:52pm PDT
I got the full season pass version, so I don't know how much is DLC and how much has been patched in, but the only two DLCs that are gameplay-related are Revelations, which adds a new secret tech and possibly other things, and the recent Invasions which adds a sneaky lizard race and possibly other things. The rest of the DLCs are just cosmetic.

I think things like planetary events and expanded diplomacy were patched into the vanilla version but maybe not?
