The premise of this thread is all that a logon screen ever needs to be is one basic HTML page with a text box for a username and a text box for a password. I know we're getting into HackerNews territory at this point, as you will see desperate screeches from webshits about how the username has to be on one page and the password entry box on another and so on and so forth.
