Had an iPad 4 with a bunch of purchased apps but it broke 2 years ago. Can buy a very cheap replacement now but is it useless at this point? I really just want to dick around with all the games I had on it.
I know app publishers can't submit new 32 bit stuff to the store. Are 32 bit apps still for sale? Can you at least download already purchased 32 bit apps on an iPad running ios 10.3.3?

What I found (and this info is a few years out of date) is that you could still download that stuff to a device. It loves saying that older devices can't download new stuff, but I had not seen the opposite of that.
I have never seen the App Store do what the Playstation 4 store did with P.T., for instance.
I don't know what happens now that developers have been developing long enough to where they aren't paying Apple $100 a year when their old stuff isn't understandably moving. Not sure if Apple petulantly removes the files people paid for.
