| This is somewhat off-topic as there is no way this will be the "terrible third installment", but it is, in a sense, the third installment of Killer Bee's iterations. It's great that he has kept this game alive over the years, and as 4X games get more and more complicated and bogged down in endless, meaningless decisionmaking, good ol' Empire still has the goods.
