| Brew charted the last month of Dee Snider's House of Hair shows. 3 hours of glam rock. Hair metal. He also plays Rush.
I got the first pick and we went snake-style. NOTE: I haven't had the first pick in a football or baseball draft in 10 years, but for this music, which I barely know? Natch. 
Dee plays AC/DC more than anyone else, picking anyone else would be foolish. I feel that Alice Cooper has Halloween songs, but maybe I am just thinking of Teenage Frankenstein, so I grabbed him. I needed a band I actually liked early, ergo Tesla. Not wanting to overthink it, I grabbed Twisted Sister in the 4th. I have never heard a "Dio" song but this league is meant to be educational, too. Cinderella was the best athlete available. Rush was for Pinback, who had a cardiac incident yesterday, though not at my pick. Went with Damn Yankees next and like taking Priest Holmes and Larry Johnson, made the handcuff pick of Ted Nugent. LEMMY closes out my starters. Bench was Queen (Dee played "It's Late" the other week which started this whole thing, as it's one of my favorite songs and Brew texted me) and although Dee has never played Sweet, there's no way this league is going to complete without him playing Ballroom Blitz, right? House of Hair runs Saturdays, 7-10 Eastern. the dark and gritty...Ice Cream Jonsey! |
