On every possible level. Impossible clues, terrible action, total lack of meaningful bosses, grinding, no change in your character besides a more damaging whip, and the FUCKING necessity of holy water bombing every single tile to make sure it wasn't an illusionary pitfall.
Zelda 2 did everything better a whole 7 months earlier. |
