Why is it hilarious? She does research in this area. You can mock her for having a different opinion but that's not my issue with activists.

Even if she's silly she's not begging money from Kickstarter, demanding censorship, or laughing at white male tears. Nah. Being naive enough to drink all the social justice kool-aid isn't the same as demanding that everyone bow to your oppression or running professors off campus. If you read her website, she thought critically about her feedback.

Her problem isn't that she's nutty enough to try to compensate for moving the shirts, her problem is she's naive enough to think that's what would make anti-SJWs haranguing her happy. Heat Street will call her nuts and extreme no matter how much she tries to explain herself.
