If you want a raise create a case for the projects you've completed and how vital they have been to making money or saving your boss' ass. If you don't get it, start interviewing casually[1] while working out whether this MASSIVE injustice is worth quitting over. Keep doing that until the System grinds you down and you no longer care or you quit and get a better job, however you define that.

[1] You have been updating your resume every 3-6 months just to make sure you don't forget all those great bullet-points, right?
