| Found this thanks to the Indie Game Enthusiast.
I downloaded it and played it for a bit. It did not recognize my Steam gamepad and I am not sure if the game saves progress at all. With that out of the way, it looks to be a beautifully-retro 16-bit side scroller, and I think there's a fighting game mode as well.
