I have seen what happens when you tell cops they can't shoot until it is too late - or expect them to take every violent criminal alive. It doesn't work.

Living in a first world country ot becomes apparent just how out of touch people are with what is actually happening out there sometimes. Worm vilifies the police from his armchair for using excessive force on a sniper who has just murdered 5 of their friends and colleagues for fucks sake. He lives in a happyfuntime candy and unicorn world in his head with his imaginary dead ex-girlfriend by the looks of it.
