Everyone with a foot in reality never backed, left, or realizes their money is gone and the game isn't making the progress it should.

Not only is it real, CIG took down a forum thread started on their site about it and the CS site. And of course Derek Smart made a post about it. The reddit thread is here.

I don't have any tags, but I have made 9 CS requests. How many CS requests have you submitted? How many are not "Solved" and how many are you "not satisfied" with?

That's a request every 4 weeks but also for every $700 spent.

Does putting in one ticket for a refund and not accepting their excuse that it's been 14 days count as High Maintenance? Because that is what I am labeled and I only have the one issue.


By the standards of anyone who runs a scam, it's unacceptable.

Yep, especially if you complained about it. Refund policy is very clear, and has been from the start. If you want to make a fuss because of your own lack of reading, then you're high maintenance.


Roberts doesn't need you to clean his asshole.

I don't have a problem with it. If you got labeled a special snowflake you deserved it. I don't have one, imagine that... Maybe it's because I don't troll.


He's got so many people doing it already.

Refund policy? I got a very large refund that didn't comply with their refund policy. Their refund policy must comply with the law in my country. I hope more Aussies donate large sums and then demand a refund.

As unprofessional as it is, I can certainly see why labeling particularly difficult backers would be helpful.


This helps them make the game faster. So do custom-themed sliding doors.
